Welcome to The Friends Studio. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply: "Agency", "we", "us" or "our" refers to The Friends Studio. "Client", "you" or "your" refers to any individual, business or entity. "Services" refers to all digital marketing services we offer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Services & Scope

The Friends Studio provides performance marketing, social media management, SEO & content, brand strategy, analytics & reporting, data analytics, e-commerce marketing, content marketing, web development, app development and AI video production.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, assets, access credentials and approvals required for us to perform the services.

5. Fees & Payment

Retainer services are invoiced monthly in advance, due within 7 days. Project work requires 50% deposit and 50% upon completion. Ad spend budgets are separate and paid directly.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, The Friends Studio assigns all intellectual property rights in final, approved deliverables created specifically for your project.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all Confidential Information received from the other party and use it solely for the purposes of this Agreement.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volumes or ROAS outcomes.

9. Term & Termination

Agreement continues until terminated. Retainer services may be terminated with 30 days written notice. Project engagements may not be cancelled without forfeiting the deposit.
